About Us

Tim Camper Properties is family owned and has been leasing quality rental properties to families for the past 15 years.  With roots in the Kansas City area, we specialize in Eastern Jackson County, Missouri and Maricopa County, Arizona. We only manages properties that we own resulting in the opportunity to meet, interact, and establish relationships with tenants that want personal attention.

Tim Camper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia.  Tim has an extensive background in residential construction, land development, rental properties and computers.

Deniece Camper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Southwest Baptist University and a Master of Arts in Special Education from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.  Deniece has been an educator for 34 years teaching in the Blue Springs School District for the past 33 years.
